It all starts with your initial enquiry. We will arrange a meeting—either in person or online—to discuss your needs, wants, and expectations for your new website. During this meeting, we'll ask you to complete a design brief, which we can usually fill out together.
After your enquiry, if you are satisfied with our pricing structure and offerings and wish to move forward, we will issue an invoice for one of our packages (or provide a custom quote if applicable). To secure the time and commitment of our designers and developers, we request payment upfront.
We then start the design process for your website. Once this is complete, our copywriter will produce the written content. Afterward, we will submit the website for your review. The price includes three rounds of revisions.
Once the revision stage of the website is complete, we will ask you to sign a direct debit agreement for the monthly hosting and maintenance fees. After that, we can go live. This entire process typically takes between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the website.
